Over four months in prison after violent shoplifting at Haarlem Albert Heijn, duo filled sports bag with nearly forty packs of coffee

A 33-year-old man has been sentenced to over four months in prison for a violent shoplifting incident at an Albert Heijn in Haarlem. In January 2024, the man and an accomplice stole nearly forty packs of coffee by filling a sports bag during the robbery. Because the defendant had already served his sentence in pre-trial detention, he was released following the court's ruling.
