Amsterdam police have released surveillance footage of a suspect who placed an explosive at a restaurant on Borneosteiger on the night of January 22-23. The video shows the individual, believed to be a minor, taking photos of the device before it detonated around 3:00 AM. Authorities are calling on the public for help in identifying the suspect as the motive remains unknown.
