North Holland Province raises flag for Keti Koti

The provinces of North Holland and Utrecht will now annually fly flags on June 30 and July 1 to commemorate the history of slavery and its abolition. On June 30, flags will be flown at half-mast to honor victims, followed by a full-mast raising on July 1 for the Keti Koti celebration.
