Frustration among Haga Lyceum neighbors: "15-year-olds are calling the shots here"

Residents near the Cornelius Haga Lyceum in Amsterdam are reporting persistent harassment and nuisance from students, including verbal abuse and reckless riding on fatbikes. Despite receiving over 200 complaints, locals feel the school and municipality have failed to take effective action. The city is considering new measures like fencing and bike storage to improve safety and order in the area.
