Sequel to cult classic Amsterdamned premieres: It's grimmer

The sequel to the 1988 cult classic *Amsterdamned* premiered at the Tuschinski theater in Amsterdam, featuring the return of Huub Stapel as detective Eric Visser. Alongside newcomer Holly Mae Brood, the story follows a new investigation into a series of murders in a film described by director Dick Maas as grittier and more spectacular than the original. *Amsterdamned II* is scheduled for nationwide release in cinemas on Thursday, December 4.
