A44 closed for two weeks from today to replace viaduct: three more times by 2030

The A44 highway towards Amsterdam is closed for two weeks starting today to facilitate the replacement of the Lisserwegviaduct, the first of four viaducts being replaced through 2030. Traffic between Noordwijkerhout and the Burgerveen junction is being diverted via the A4, with additional periodic closures also affecting travel toward The Hague.
