Expert: Bril had too much alcohol in blood during collision

Expert calculations for a court case in Antwerp revealed that Dutch star chef Nick Bril had a blood alcohol level between 1.52 and 1.91 promille when he struck assistant chef Joe Claridge with his car. This level is significantly higher than the legal limit of 0.5 promille, although Bril's legal team maintains that he was not intoxicated.
