Historic Hoogte Kadijk electricity stations to be renovated and expanded over next 10 years

Two historic electricity stations on Hoogte Kadijk in central Amsterdam will be modernized and expanded over the next ten years to handle increasing electricity demand. Grid operators TenneT and Liander will execute the project in phases, which involves moving one station to a new location and connecting them with underground cables. An information session for residents is scheduled for March 26 at Museum 't Kromhout.
