Prosecutors seek community service and prison sentence for art thief 'Okkie' over threats

The Dutch Public Prosecution Service has demanded a ten-month prison sentence and community service for Octave D. for incitement and threats against journalist Chris Klomp and activist Norbert Dikkeboom. Octave D., nicknamed 'Okkie', previously gained notoriety for the 2002 theft of two paintings from the Van Gogh Museum in Amsterdam.
