High interest in free saplings and greenery: '95 percent are greedy, but 5 percent are moved and come to help us'

Thousands of people visited the Lincolnpark Buurttuin in Hoofddorp to collect free trees and shrubs as part of the 'Meer Bomen Nu' campaign. The initiative redistributes plants that were unable to thrive in their original locations to new homes. Organizers noted high public interest in the giveaway, with some participants also volunteering to support the project's efforts.
