Building on Confuciusplein closed for six months after discovery of cocaine, hashish, cigarettes, vapes and alcohol

Mayor Halsema has ordered the six-month closure of a building on Confuciusplein in Amsterdam following a police raid that uncovered cocaine, hashish, illegal vapes, and cigarettes. The premises were being used by a group of youths for drug trafficking and had been associated with a previous shooting and neighborhood disturbances. The measure is intended to restore public order and safety in the area.
