Man convicted of kidnapping Insiya arrested in Latvia

Erik S., one of the individuals convicted for the 2016 kidnapping of Insiya in Amsterdam, has been arrested in Riga, Latvia, after fleeing his four-year prison sentence. Insiya was taken from her home in Watergraafsmeer to India by her father and accomplices, several of whom have yet to serve their judicial penalties.
