Hondius passengers and crew in Netherlands in home quarantine for six weeks

Dutch passengers and crew from the cruise ship Hondius will be required to undergo a six-week home quarantine upon their return to the Netherlands. The measure, announced by Health Minister Sophie Hermans, follows a hantavirus outbreak on the vessel that has already claimed three lives. Currently, none of the approximately 150 people on board are showing symptoms as the ship travels toward the Canary Islands.
