VOC Amsterdam defeats SEW in nerve-wracking handball final to claim national title

VOC Amsterdam has claimed the Dutch women's handball national title after a narrow 28-27 victory over SEW in a tense final held in Geleen. This victory marks the eighth championship in the club's history, secured by a decisive late penalty from 16-year-old Ivana Kwakman. In the men's competition, Aalsmeer was eliminated in the Super Handball League semifinals following a close defeat to the Belgian team Bocholt.
