Oasis hints at concert in Amsterdam next year

Oasis has teased a possible concert in Amsterdam through a cryptic social media post referencing a 1994 travel incident. Reports suggest the band may perform at the Johan Cruijff Arena in 2027, though no official confirmation has been released.

British rock band Oasis has sparked speculation about a potential concert in Amsterdam after posting a cryptic video on Instagram. The short clip shows two boys running from the police and flashing middle fingers, which fans believe references a 1994 incident where the Gallagher brothers were denied entry to the Netherlands after a drunken altercation on a ferry. This event was originally intended to be their first international performance.

While the band has not officially confirmed a new tour date, reports from The Sun suggest that the Johan Cruijff Arena is listed as a potential venue for a 2027 tour. Oasis recently reunited in 2025 following a seventeen-year hiatus caused by a long-standing feud between Liam and Noel Gallagher. Although they completed a 41-show tour last year, they did not perform in Amsterdam. The band has played in the city twice before, at Paradiso in 1994 and the Heineken Music Hall in 2005.
